Shrubs of Morni: Railway Creeper

Railway Creeper/ Ivy-leaved Morning Glory/ Mile-a-Minute Vine (Ipomoea cairica)- a fast growing morning glory vine with purple flowers with 5-lobed (sometimes 7) leaves. It is commonly seen in the waste patches along railway tracks and hence the name.
